Searches may be modified to the client’s needs; however, our standard search includes:
- Current Owner Information
- Deed and Vesting Information
- Assessment and Tax Information, including any delinquent tax information
- Outstanding Mortgages on the requested property
- Outstanding Judgments and Liens on the requested property (*depending on our client’s needs, we can provide all judgments/ liens or only judgments of a certain type. For instance, including or excluding criminal or family court judgments)
